The unique Boutique hotel emerges from the meticulous restoration of an old residence dating back to around 1900, nestled in the remote settlement of Lakkoi in Voukolies. The innovative transformation of this dwelling into a hotel is grounded in a contemporary interpretation of microclimates and the logic inherent in older structures with traditional influences. The proposed unit comprises 6 apartments, accommodating 20 guests, and features a spacious central pool in a cloverleaf-shaped design

Material-wise, beige plaster was used for the volumes of the reception and the elevated two-story building, while the other structures and extensions maintain the stone element in their facades, from which their load-bearing walls are constructed. Roofs, where inclined, are covered with Byzantine-style ceramic tiles, while non-accessible ground-floor areas are finished with gray pebbles or vegetation. Given its remote location and the commitment to a self-sufficient and sustainable hotel, the buildings incorporate energy systems such as solar collectors and photovoltaics to minimize energy consumption, complementing the concept of a user experience immersed in nature with respect for it.
