Situated within the coastal landscape of Giofyria in Chania, this luxury villa is designed as a single residence intended for high-end hospitality. The composition adapts to the natural slope of the site, unfolding across four levels that follow the terrain and open toward the northern horizon and the sea.

The villa accommodates six bedrooms with a total capacity of thirteen guests. The basement houses auxiliary facilities and technical spaces, while the ground floor includes the main living and dining areas, the kitchen, and three bedrooms with private bathrooms — one fully accessible for guests with reduced mobility. The mezzanine hosts two additional bedrooms and the attic a private suite, ensuring privacy and comfort throughout.
Architecturally, the design is defined by clean volumes and a balanced rhythm of solid and transparent surfaces. The structure is constructed with reinforced concrete and finished with a carefully selected palette of forged cement, natural stone cladding, and light beige plaster. These materials are complemented by brown aluminum pergolas with bamboo shading, introducing texture and warmth while maintaining a modern aesthetic. Large glass openings dissolve the boundary between interior and exterior, allowing natural light to define the atmosphere throughout the day.
The pool area occupies the northern side of the plot, positioned to receive maximum sunlight and maintain uninterrupted sea views. Surrounded by timber decking, soft landscaping, and shaded sitting areas, it becomes the focal point of leisure and relaxation — a tranquil extension of the villa’s living space into the Mediterranean landscape.
